The Department of Psychology at the University of Virginia invites applications for a tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level in DEVELOPMENTAL PSYCHOLOGY. Area of specialization within developmental psychology is open. We are seeking a colleague who will contribute to our vibrant and collaborative Program and Department, and whose research has the potential to bridge multiple areas. Qualified candidates will have a productive research program and some teaching experience. Responsibilities will include maintaining an active research program; teaching and mentoring at the graduate and undergraduate levels; and service to the Department, University, and community. Anticipated start date is August 25, 2012. Ph.D. is required by date of appointment.
